This isn't exactly on target, but it's close.  I have to install 
OpenOffice with my program.  I have OO as a separate pack, so it is 
installed by being copied over.  Then I have my own script run, in both 
Linux and Windows (the two operating systems I use)  that installs OO.

In your case, you could make the archived files or folders as a pack so 
they are copied over, into a temporary subdirectory in the target 
install directory, and have your own script run by the ProcessPanel to 
unpack it and use the files as needed.
