Hi,
yesterday I have checked in some little changes to support panel counting
also no separate heading is used.

Also I have modified the docu for modifying the GUI (chapter 5).
Fabrice can you make a look into? Thanks.

Additional I have added some GUI modifier and panel counting to 
IzPack-install.xml. I hope it works in the same manner as on my box.
Unfortunately the needed messages are declared not for all languages.
May be it will be a hint todo it :-)
