[izpack-users] variable substitution in properties file

We have a properties file with some canned values.  We would like to create a
userinput panel to change some or the property values in the file.  Does the
userinput panel allow you to just specify the property name and the new
value inplace of using variable substitution. This way we are able to have a
valid properties file in CMS.  (Otherwise there would be "$VAR" in prop
file.)
