Sounds good, thank you! But please have a look at the appearance of the
OK button afterwards. On my machine after applying the patch it looked
differently, and I don't know why.

In case you drop me a note after applying this or a similar patch I can
check out the latest sources from SVN in order to test the result under
Linux and Mac OS X.
