[izpack-users] add custom panel to user input xml resource

I have a custom panel i say mypanel
i defined a userinput.xml resource file and i want to add above custom 
panel to this userinput.xml file .
how to do that ?
i tried : <panel order="1" classname="mypanel"  id="p4"  /> 
i called it from install.xml like that : <panel 
classname="ConditionalUserInputPanel"  /> 
       

but it didn't worked this panel doesn't  show at all
