[izpack-users] Shortcut icons 'locked' on Windows?

Hi,

I have two completely different projects with different installers and
different icons and want to install them on Windows machines (Win2K to
be precise). When I install the first project, everything looks nice.
When I install the second project, all shortcuts use the icon image from
the first project.

When I want to change the icon of the short for the second project, I
see the correct icon, but it is not "taken" by Windows. The first icon
still shows up in the shortcut. The .lnk file contains the correct
reference to the icon file of the second project.

When I want to change the icon of the shortcut for the first project, it
also doesn't change and stays as it was.

Does someone have an idea about that, or at least can someone reproduce
it? (It happened on our "development machines" as well as in a very
clean VMWare test machine - all using Win2K Prof.)
