[izpack-users] Uninstaller generation

You have to write custom code and re-compile IzPack.  I've done it,
but I don't have it in front of me right now.  I believe I created an
UninstallerListener and removed items from the array or list of files
(which isn't what UninstallerListener is designed for, but it worked).
