[izpack-users] restricting creation of menu shortcuts to current user only

Hello!
Would it be possible to restrict the creation of menu shortcuts to the current user only and not give the privilege to create for the other users? This would be helpful for example if you want your software to be available only for the user who installed your software. As my current software creates a database at a certain user's home directory, this requirement is really needed.
