Hi,

That's an easy one :-)

I will look into doc to see if it's really not there and add it if 
necessary...

You should have one line in the panel section per panel !

E.G:

<panels>
  <panel classname="HelloPanel" />
  <panel classname="UserInputPanel" />
  <panel classname="UserInputPanel" />
  <panel classname="SimpleFinishPanel" />
</panels>

This will display order=0 and order=1.... and so on !!
