I can't speak for Julien, but I *think* SC was intended for 3.9.

I can send you SC off list if you want to experiment with it.  I'm sure 
we'd both be interested in your comments on it.

Right now the overall docs are in rough form, but I think they'll do.  
Fabrice has finished (I think!) the DTD, the class files are in good 
shape, but still have a lot of stuff commented out in case, when we get 
feedback, there's a reason to restore some code.  I think there is 
still a problem with not all methods having Javadocs yet.  The main 
class is done.  We're working on some of the panels that use it.  By 
itself, SC is worthless.  It's only when you start using it for panels 
that it does anything.
