[izpack-users] IzPack 3.9.0-preview1

Hi Julien,
what is the reason to create a new Version of IzPack in the moment?
Is it time triggert?
If I look into Versions.txt there are not so much changes since
3.8.1.
Just I am working at a separate heading panel in the InstallerFrame.
Will be nice if I can checkin it for the next release. 
Question is, whether it is possible or not and whate date is the
dead line.
