Hi Marcello,

Sorry but i can't reproduce even with your specs.
Could you tell us more precisely what the problem is and when does it occur.

With your install and specs file, i do have the choice to select the all
user radio button for shortcuts.

Which version are you using? on which OS ?
The more details, the easier for us to debug...
