Only if you change it "hard" in the source.

In custom panels you can set the font and fontsize as you like with
the standard Java methods.
For existent panels there is only the way to change it in the source.
Some existent panels changes font values (e.g. see ProcessPanel line 99ff).

No, IzPack does not support this "old InstallShield style".
Current this is not state of the art.
