sorry but i'm afraid i don't understand.

there's two things  you need to know.
what i mentioned earlier was regarding the default value of the targetpanel.
the user, i mean by that the one who is running the installer and not the
end user of the app installed, can of course change it to anything he likes
!
this means there's no such thing as a filter preventing the one installing
to install on C:

if you want this feature, i'm afraid you have to create your own custom
panel which derives izpanel and does the exact same thing as targetpanel +
do the filtering as you want.
