And now I have a new problem. Hopefully can i get help soon from you
guys.

Is that possible to build a condition in fileset tag. Like I let user
input something in a userpanel and if the input is empty this fileset
should not be launched? something like 

if(${input.value} is not empty) then
<fileset dir="bin" targetdir="${input.value}">

is this idea possible?
