When I couldn't get mine to work, I just copied the whole bin folder from izpack to the folder where my install.xml is. Can't remember what the problem was, but that sorted it. Not pretty, but we were on a deadline, and I was desperate :) Should actually go back and see why it didn't work... Cheers Riaan
