[izpack-users] Shortcut Panel on Windows

Hi

I made an installer with izpack. Works fine, but on Windows, the option 
of "All Users" of Shortcut Panel is disabled and I can't change it (the 
user has administrator's permissions).

If try it on Linux like Root, works fine. Only on Windows fails. 
Somebody knows how to fix this?
