[izpack-devel] UninstallerFrame

Hi,

No offense to anyone, but I'd like to suggest the IzPack name be removed
from the uninstaller frame.  For branded installers it doesn't present the
appropriate image.  I'd like to see the same frame definitions setup for the
installer eventually used for the uninstaller, but that would be a ways down
the road.
