[izpack-devel] New langpack Farsi

Hi all,
I have just checked in a langpack with Farsi.
Many thanks to Parastou Kohvaei which has made it.

In the moment it is a little bit "experimental"
because there is no ISO3 country code for it.
In the moment I have used the two character
language code for the xml and the flag-gif.
The flag self is from Iran.
Before I have not belief, but it works with the
two char code (in the classic way, not the native
written type).
In future we would change the langpack system
from ISO3 contry xml's to regular properties files
with language-country assignment e.g. for the given
Farsi
langpack_fa_IR.properties
Flag will be removed.
