Hi Elmar,

You know, I always think that docu is the best tool for people who like to
use a software without having the need to understand it ;-)

I for sure try to understand that point of view even though I personally
prefer to contribute in any way I can.

Both concepts are fair enough !!!

Regarding the discussion with Nancy I might have to look back at it since I
havent fully understood the issues. I'd love to have some more details about
it so that I can construct something relevant for it.

I might be out of my mind but seems like the first real big issue I found is
in the build.xml. Let me explain: if you compile the sources using dist or
cleandistreg (which I built in the past for the registry purpose) everything
is fine. the best example is the magnificent new release done by Julien
using the dist target. but if you use the default target (all) then the
compiler class is messed up and when compiling your installer with the -h
option you'll get the error "No valid IzPack home directory found".

Do you have any idea on what could possibly be the problem here ? I recall
that we a full registry enabled intaller couple of months ago.. could that
be related ?

Cheers,
Fabrice
