[izpack-devel] Langpacks as properties files

Eeh, well, yes. No docu at all.

Notice, that I have tested all freely available tools I18N last summer, and
this was the only tool that was able to do what I wanted (after the author
fixed a bug which trimmed all trailing whitespaces).

I think the tool is a one man show, maybe the author would welcome any
enhancements....
