Hi Tino,

got think about this one, but there is a question about the basic motivation
about this feature in the first place. I am not sure if I asked this at the
time the feature was introduced. Anyway, try as I may I can't come up with a
good reason why this would be needed. Since you have introduced it, I am
sure you can give me an answer.

Subject: [izpack-devel] Integrating Eclipse JDT Compiler

Hi there,

about three years ago I wrote the CompilePanel for compiling Java files
after installation. This approach has its flaws.

I'm looking into integrating the Eclipse JDT compiler which has a nice
JAR and a batch mode. I'll make this optional since the JAR is pretty
huge (3.8M).

Are there any opinions about that? Should we add the JAR to the IzPack
tree or just provide instructions on how to obtain a suitable JAR?

Bye,

Tino.
