Hi Stefan,
do you mean the frame title (what else...)?
The error occurs because you have removed the reference to
IzPack (the title should contain "IzPack Wizard") :-)
Unfortunately the last phrase is a joke:-( 
On my box (MS Windows 2k, also tested on XP and 2003) this
feature works (with the IzPack ref) since some years. I have
also tested your string. Works.
Works the other reverse strings?

To find the problem set a breakpoint at the postion where we
set the title (elswhere in InstallFrame I hope) and look
what the variable contains. There is a description in the docu 
how to make an eclipse projet for it.
Charset OK? problems with CRLF versus NL?
...?
