[izpack-devel] JUnit Testcase for checking langpack completeness

Hi Hans,
I think it is a good idea to use a JUnit test for the
langpacks.
In the moment only two langpacks can be up to date (eng.xml
and deu.xml) because I have added heading messages :-)
