Note that this patch is slightly updated from that posted to izpack-devel: I applied the same fix for the uninstaller and language selection dialog.

util/Console.java possibly also needs a similar fix but I can't work out where that code is used. The ProcessPanel appears inside the main window so is fine.  installer/GUIInstaller.java also contains another instance of getScreenSize() for some "dummy frame". I don't know whether that also needs the same fix.
